About the Remote Sales Representative Position

Our team is seeking a motivated and dedicated Sales Representative to join our company. As a Sales Representative with The Mathews Agency, you’ll help current and prospective customers determine which of our financial services plans best fits their needs while building lasting relationships with them.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be outgoing and an excellent communicator, ready to help our clients in any way you can.

Remote Sales Representative Responsibilities

  • Become familiar with and retain information about the financial products offered
  • Work with our proven lead system to help potential clients and attempt to build working relationships with them
  • Engage with prospective clients through email, phone, or via Zoom to discuss the company’s offerings
  • Work with clients to find the plan that best suits their needs, explaining the pros and cons of each option
  • Assist clients by giving customized quotes that work within their budget and financial goals
  • Explain approved policies to customers
  • Answer client questions as needed
  • Regularly revisit clients to reevaluate their policy needs, suggesting modifications and updates
  • Stay knowledgeable of financial market, trends and practices

Remote Sales Representative Requirements

  • We will help you get your license if yo are not already licensed in Life and Health
  • Outgoing personality with strong persuasive and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superb organizational and multitasking skills
  • Basic math and data skills
  • Computer literacy
